These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors whether or not the registration process has been completed.

Description of Services
In these Terms and Conditions the phrase "Service(s)" means all the products and services available on the Hip Hotels website.

Hip Hotels allows you to browse its collection online. You may also purchase items from the Hip Hotels shop. Hip Hotels may add different Services from time to time. We may also remove Services from time to time.

Registration
You are able to view the Hip Hotels website completely free for three visits. After your three free visits, the Services are only available if you complete the registration process.

Hip Hotels does not promise to control or screen all of the content that is posted to the Hip Hotels website, and accordingly we do not guarantee its accuracy, integrity or quality or that it will not be objectionable to you. You agree that we are not liable for anything which has been transmitted or received, or ought to have been transmitted or received but was not.

We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse or remove anything, which is transmitted to, from or via the Hip Hotels website, which, in our opinion, is objectionable or otherwise does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
