Štajnhaus

Mikulov, Czech Republic

Štajnhaus is a unique guest house that embodies the architectural style of the Renaissance period whilst adding a modernistic feel through use of minimalistic interior design and furnishings.

16th Century Contemporary

Štajnhaus is steeped in history, with the original house dating all the way back to 1791, it's fair to say it's been through the wars - literally. The guest house has been renovated and restored so many times, but somehow it's still managed to preserve its character and charm.

The Location

Situated in the Jewish Quarter of the quaint, historic centre of Mikulov, the guesthouses are in the perfect location for a complete exploration of the town and its surrounding areas.

The Rooms

Each of the five rooms have their own colour schemes which all aim create a different aura for their guests. Less is more at Štajnhaus, who really reflect this mantra through their minimalistic design and decor.

Nibbles & Tipples

All of the guest houses are equipped with their own kitchenette for the self-proclaimed master-chefs that come to visit. For those who prefer not to cook, you're in walking distance from the town centre where you will find a range of eateries to satisfy your palette.

Make sure to take advantage of the rustic, well-stocked wine cellar in which wine-tasting sessions can be arranged and paired with a visit to the town's local winery.
