New Restaurants London: Amazonico

On Our Radar

Bringing the vibrancy of the rainforest to the centre of London’s concrete jungle, Amazonico has brought its Spanish influence to the heart of Mayfair. Originally located in Madrid, the concept has been conceived by restaurateurs Sandro Silva and Marta Seco, with the menu spanning a tantalising variety, from European and Asian to South American cuisine. Expect heavy interiors of patterns, textures, foliage and an aesthetically-pleasing space whichever way your head turns. Enjoy adventurous dishes to tantalise your tastebuds, from roasted Peruvian pumpkin to chimichurri steak and sea urchin. With a jungle jazz bar, a sushi bar and an open-kitchen, the 13,000 square-foot space is no small feat. Amazonico is much more than just a bite to eat, serving up a carnivalesque atmosphere to keep you thoroughly entertained, with dancers and resident DJs ensuring no minute goes by unattended. Having opened its doors on November 9th, book quickly to get your jungle experience in before Christmas.
