The Walled Off

Bethlehem, Palestine

"Love of beauty is taste. The creation of beauty is art" - Ralph Waldo Emerson.

Featuring customised rooms by some of the world's finest artists (including Banksy, Sami Musa and Dominque Petrin) The Walled Off Hotel is the ultimate celebration of art and literature. Situated in Bethlehem, Palestine, and overlooking the separation wall, guests can soak in the ingenious atmosphere of the hotel itself and the historic scenery that surrounds them.

Where Art Comes to Life

Incredible displays of art and literature are rife at The Walled Off Hotel which offers a host of unique and innovative facilities. With its own Museum, Piano Bar, Gallery and Bookshop - this sanctuary is a landmark within itself.

The Location

Situated in Bethlehem, alongside the controversial wall that separates Israel from Palestine - offering guests one of the rarest travel experiences to be had, to date.

The Rooms

Unwind within a work of art, and savour the customised works of Banksy, Musa or Petrin up close and personal. More will follow as the year unfolds.

Nibbles & Tipples

Curated by esteemed historian and critic Dr Housni Alkhateeb Shehada, The Gallery finds itself separate from the rest of the hotel. A permanent collection of the most notable Palestinian artists can be found here.

The Piano Bar not only acts as a colonial homage to Britain's acquisition of Palestine in 1917 but is also equipped with a collection of Banksy Artworks as well as warm scones and fresh tea served daily.

God is in the details

The view of the separation wall provides visitors with a strong sense of history, spirituality and emotion.
