As the night’s draw in closer and the temperatures dip further, we’re already counting the months until summer comes around again! We miss the light evenings, the warmth on our skin and that general sense of life being, well, better. We know we’re not the only ones craving some much-needed Vitamin D, so let’s toss aside our thick duvets and woolly PJ’s and head for some winter sun! With year-round sunshine, Mexico is always a hot favourite and Mexico City certainly serves up some of the finest Latin America has to offer.
